We are excited to announce the 2008 statewide Ronald McDonald House Sport a Shirt, Share a Night event that will occur on April 18th. This fourth annual casual day is held in support of the children and families served by the North Carolina Ronald McDonald Houses. Individuals at businesses, schools, universities, and local hospitals will purchase tee shirts for $10 each and wear them on the 18th. Each shirt sold through our House will support the families of critically ill children being treated at our community’s hospitals here in Winston-Salem. These families may stay at the House and also are able to use our Family Room facilities in both Brenner Children’s Hospital and Forsyth Medical Center. Participation in and support of past Sport a Shirt, Share a Night events has made this possible, and we hope you will share our enthusiasm and join us this year. Last year almost 13,000 caring people purchased tee shirts, and this year, friends across North Carolina will again join together to make this project a success. By purchasing and “sporting” $10 tee shirts, donors will “share a night” with a family in need. Please consider doing the following in support of the Ronald McDonald House:
